Customer Journey Assistant 

We are looking for someone who is familiar with Seraphina’s work, loves what she does, and connects with The Center for Sacred Arts mission. 


We are committed to creating a company culture that nourishes a thriving ecosystem of team members, customers, partners, investors and teachers. We do this by following our inner wisdom, following the natural course of our purpose, using direct and clear communication in the spirit of kindness.

Role
This position includes customer service, digital platform management and exceptional communication skills

Details

  • 20-30 hrs /month with room to grow into more
  • Experience with working virtually ( 2+ years) and digitally skilled
  • Experience and expertise with facebook, Instagram, Wordpress, Kajabi - a technical inclination is important to handle basic back-end functionality 
  • Available to work in PST time zone M-F, and occasional weekends (pre-arranged)
  •  Excellent writing skills are a must, some experience in copywriting ideal 
  • Able to handle customer service with kindness and attention to detail 
  • Must be proactive, detail oriented, excited about the work of Seraphina Capranos and The Center for Sacred Arts. 

    Ideally, you have studied with Seraphina and connect with her teachings. 

    We are a Canadian company and restricted to Canadian applicants only.
